RBA Staffing's new web portal You have reached this page because RBA Staffing is launching a replacement to the eConnect web portal you have used in the past. Please refer to the section below that pertains to you for instructions how to proceed further. To our Customers: RBA Staffing has always prided itself on our ability to provide our customers with flexible and customized services based on their individual needs. To provide this flexibility and customization, RBA Staffing is constantly looking at both our internal and external processes for opportunities for improvement. To help achieve our goals going forward, RBA Staffing will be moving to TempWorks software for both our front and back office processes. Our new system will allow us to keep up with the newest technology which will ensure we are able to continue to offer the flexibility and customized service that has been our hallmark. RBA Staffing has increased capabilities in the following areas - • Online application process enhancement. Our application process will eventually be paperless. More time will be spent on interviewing and qualifying candidates. This will further increase the quality of placements. It will also allow us quicker turnaround in placements. Candidates will also find the process to be easier. • Enhanced electronic/web-based time reporting. Reporting and approving timecards is now even easier. RBA Staffing will be able to customize timecards to meet the customer needs. • More robust recruiting capabilities. Enhanced job board, which will be tied into our social media sites and outside job boards such as CareerBuilder. • RBA Staffing Web Center. Both clients and employees will be able to quickly exchange and have access to information. Customers will be able to electronically place orders, review candidates, check invoices and approve time cards. Employees will be able to access their information, including payroll information, federal and state withholdings, pay stubs, assignment details, and other forms or information they may need. • The ability to better integrate with our partners such as E-Verify, PeopleNet time reporting, and others. Our new electronic web-based time reporting and approval will replace eConnect starting week ending 1/22/2017. Hours for employees must be approved within the new system effective Monday 1/23/17. You will be receiving an email with instructions in how to create a new user name and password. These are just some of the highlights of the enhancements and changes RBA Staffing will be making in 2017. Also, we are not like many of our competitors in that we will not be passing on the cost of this new system to our customers. This is just another example of our dedication to providing the best service to our customers at a reasonable price. Stay tuned for other changes coming this year. Employees will be able to view their personal information, federal and state withholdings, pay stubs, assignment details, and other forms or information you may need, as well as change address and phone info. Our new electronic web-based time reporting and approval will replace eConnect starting week ending 1/22/17. You will have access to input your hours into the new system effective Monday 1/23/17. You will be receiving an email with instructions in how to create a new user name and password. If you have entered hours into E-connect for week ending 1/22/17 already, those hours will be rejected. When you receive the email from Tempworks/Web Center, Monday morning follow the instructions to create your new user name and password and re-enter your hours for 1/22/17. If you have any questions concerning these changes, please contact your Placement Specialist.
